The Monopolies Commission has submitted its opinion on the Federal Network Agency’s proposed decision on price cap parameters in the postal sector. This follows the Federal Network Agency’s publication on 21 October 2015 of its proposed decision on the grouping of services pursuant to Section 1(2) of the Postal Tariff Regulation Ordinance (PEntgV) and on the specification of the respective benchmarks pursuant to Section 4 of the PEntgV for the price-cap regulation of postal services subject to a licence with effect from 1 January 2016 on its website and invited comments by 11 November 2015.
