The Policy Brief complements the Monopolies Commission’s main, sectoral and special reports by providing a concise, issue-specific format. Its purpose is to present the Commission’s analyses and recommendations on current competition policy issues – for example, in the context of ongoing legislative procedures – in a succinct and accessible manner. Policy Briefs are primarily aimed at policy-makers, but also inform academics, trade associations, businesses and the interested public about the Monopolies Commission’s positions. Here you will find an overview of all Policy Briefs published to date on the subject of competition law.
