The staff provide the Monopolies Commission with scientific, administrative and technical support and are responsible for the process of preparing expert reports. The office is headed by Dr Marc Bataille as Secretary-General and Dr Juliane Scholl as Managing Director.
Within the scientific staff, economists and lawyers work together on an interdisciplinary basis – thereby providing the depth of expertise required for independent policy advice.
