How our website works

At the top of the page, you will see the main menu items.
These include, for example:
Publications, About Us, Press and News.

When you click on a menu item,
a sub-menu opens.

How the menu works

On the left-hand side of the menu, you’ll see a list.
This list contains the sub-pages.

When you hover your mouse over an entry or click on it,
that entry is highlighted in light gold.
This allows you to see exactly which section you have currently selected.

What happens
next As soon as an entry is highlighted in light gold,
further content appears to the right of it.
This includes, for example, direct links to individual pages or reports.

This allows you to quickly jump to the section you’re looking for.

The Service menu is in the top right-hand corner of the header.

The Service menu contains the following sections:

• English
  : Here you can view our website in English.
  Would you like to view the website in German again?
  If so, click on ‘Deutsch’.
• Plain Language
  Here you will find information in plain language.
• Sign language
  Here you will find information in German sign language.
• Contact
  : Click here to access the contact form,
  where you can send us a message.

At the very bottom of each page, you will find further important links.
This section is also known as the footer.

The footer is red.
It contains the following links:

• Sitemap
  Here you can see all the pages on our website at a glance.
  This is helpful if you can’t find something.
• Accessibility
  Statement Here we explain how accessible our website is,
  and what we’re still working to improve.
• Report
  an issue If something on our website isn’t working,
  you can let us know here.
  We’ll sort it out.
• Legal Notice
  Here you’ll find information about who is responsible for this website.
• Contact
  Here you’ll find our address and email address.
  You can also send us a message here.
• Privacy Policy
  Here we explain what data we store
  about you and how we handle your data.
