Curriculum Vitae of Dagmar Kollmann

Dagmar Kollmann is a member of supervisory boards and international supervisory bodies.

She is Chair of the Supervisory Board of Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Paysafe Ltd. From 2012 to 2026, she was a member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee of Deutsche Telekom AG, from 2014 to 2025 a member of the Supervisory Boards of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE, and from 2019 to 2025 a member of the Board of Directors of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC. From 2009 to 2021, Dagmar Kollmann was Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG; from 2009 to 2015, she was Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of Hypo Real Estate Holding AG, and from 2012 to 2021, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of KfW IPEX Bank GmbH.

Dagmar Kollmann has been a member of the Monopolies Commission in Bonn since January 2012.

Prior to this, Dagmar Kollmann was Chair of the Executive Board of Morgan Stanley Bank AG in Frankfurt. She began her career at Morgan Stanley in London in 1994. In addition to her role as CEO and Country Head for Germany and Austria, she was a Member of the Boards of Directors of Morgan Stanley International Ltd. and Morgan Stanley & Co. International Ltd. in London. Until 1994, Dagmar Kollmann worked for six years as an Associate Director at UBS Phillips and Drew in London, in areas including Mergers & Acquisitions and Equities.

Key appointments included membership of the EUREX Exchange Council, as well as a leading role as ‘Sherpa’ in the ‘Finanzplatz Deutschland’ initiative.

Dagmar Kollmann was born in Vienna and grew up in Asia. She studied law at the University of Vienna. She is married and has three sons.
