Constanze Buchheim’s CV

Constanze Buchheim is the founder and managing partner of i-potentials and one of Europe’s leading experts in future-oriented leadership, transformation and organisational development. Drawing on her many years’ experience in executive search, she has guided countless companies – from scale-ups and medium-sized organisations to large corporations – through periods of transformation, playing a key role in shaping their leadership teams and organisational structures.

Buchheim’s focus lies in strategic consultancy and the recruitment of C-level and supervisory board positions, with the aim of driving the sustainable development of organisations and securing their future viability. Her work is characterised by her particular expertise in the requirements of corporate leadership across different phases and stages of maturity.

In 2022, she was recognised by the Handelsblatt as one of Germany’s 50 most influential female entrepreneurs.
